What’s Next?

Our Formed Pathway is designed to help you grow spiritually. We grow when we fellowship with others, discover a deeper relationship with God, use our gifts and talents to serve others, and empower those around us.

Step 1 - Fellowship with others

GATHER

After Jesus gave the disciples the gift of the Holy Spirit the first thing they did was gather together in fellowship as the People of God. The Church is not a building. It’s a family of believers committed to following Jesus, growing spiritually, and being a home to the many who want to know God.

STEP 2 - GROW IN RELATIONSHIP

DISCOVER
ImNew-Discover.png

The greatest gift God gave in Jesus was the invitation to have a personal relationship with Him. God is calling each of us to know Him intimately, to find freedom, and discover who we really are in Him. The more we pray, worship, and learn God’s Word the more our lives will be formed by Him. When we make the decision to grow in our relationship with Jesus, He begins to refresh us, renew us, and restore us daily.

STEP 3 - SERVE GOD & OTHERS

INSPIRE

We believe that God has invited each one of us to play our role in healing the world. In serving others, we not only use our gifts and talents to lift others up, but we also discover Gods purpose for our lives. As we serve others, God begins to pour into us, bless us, and shape us for the greatness He has in store for us. As we bring Gods healing power to the world through our service, we become the hands and feet of Jesus. Each of us has gifts and talents we can use to serve God and bring Him Glory. At The Congregation, there is always an opportunity to get involved and contribute to seeing the vision of "Renewed People Renewing Others.”

STEP 4 - DEVELOP IN LEADERSHIP

EMPOWER

We believe that when you develop spiritually, you also begin to grow as a leader. You don't have to be in a significant position of power to lead. You simply have to be willing to be used by God. Each of us is called to be a steward of change in our families, in our community, and the world in some unique way. When we begin to embrace Gods aim, direction, and destiny for our lives, His Spirit empowers us to reach the greatness He placed within us.
